Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rug Rascals. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
